Bressummer A.R.K. were appointed by Eastleigh Borough Council to provide concise and informative condition surveys and reports on 15 of their commercial property assets in order to better understand their condition.
The properties were a mixture of retail, office, leisure and industrial properties (including a miniature railway station) located in the Hampshire towns of Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford.
The key drivers for the council were to have the surveys conducted in the month of November with the reports completed by early December.
