Commercial fit out of four retail spaces
Approached by Eastleigh Borough Council who wished for four newly built commercial units to be fitted out to a CAT A+ finish. There were requirements from our client to prioritise certain units in the construction programme to fit in with interest from potential Tenants and occupiers.
Bressummer A.R.K. were asked to provide project management services to run the construction process from procurement through to completion. Our services included; specification of the works, contractor selection, managing the tender process and acting as contract administrator and generally managing the works in terms of costs, quality and timing.
The project was completed in budget and within the desired timescales, allowing our client to let the premises to new Tenants.
