Bressummer A.R.K. were appointed by a perspective commercial tenant to carry out a schedule of condition in Hampshire. Timescales were extremely tight in order to continue momentum on the deal as the Landlord had to carry out works to the property and then the schedule of condition produced.
After weeks of advising our client and close communication we were able to inspect the property at short notice and provide the final report to our client within 24 hours of our inspection. This allowed our client to instruct their solicitors to finalise the lease agreement before the weekend enabling them to move in the following Monday.
