    We are a responsive business and aim to fit our services around our client needs as we understand that the commercial property moves fast. We have carried out surveys within 24 hours of speaking with our clients in some cases it does depend on the location, nature of survey and type of property in question along with how busy we are at that present time.

    On average we aim to carry out our inspection within 1 week of our formal appointment with our reports taking between 5 and 10 working days to complete and issue, depending on the type of survey and nature of the property.

    Following our inspection our chartered building surveyors provide a high level summary of the main points within 24 hours, so our clients can act before waiting for the final written report.
