The directors of the business were looking to purchase the property through there pension and then lease the property back to their company. As part of this process they required a robust due diligence process to determine the condition of the property and generally assess the long term maintenance requirements along with compliance shortfalls.
We provided a complete Technical Due Diligence (TDD) package providing a thorough inspection of the property, review of maintenance and servicing records, commenting on compliance and commercial exposure to future planned legislation changes that may provide a commercial risk.
