Schedule of condition ahead of new lease term for commercial tenant

Bressummer Ark were appointed to carry out a schedule of condition by a prospective tenant of this 8,000 square foot self contained office premises in Chichester. Led by an experienced chartered building surveyor our client was in safe hands and the schedule produced an accurate descriptive and photographic record of each element of the premises that was to be demised to the tenant. The schedule of condition was professionally produced and given to the solicitors to be slotted into the lease documents.
