Schedule of Condition on a commercial property in Salisbury

Acting for a childcare business who were looking to enter into a new commercial lease at the property.

The assessment was carried out by our associate director Harjit Johal MRICS, a chartered building surveyor. Each element of the property was physically inspected and documented in both a descriptive and photographic schedule in order to remove any ambiguity for people who may be reviewing it in 5 or 10 years in the future. The roofs and other high level elements were surveyed using the company’s mini-drone and telescopic pole camera in order to properly capture their condition.

Special features and anomalies of the property were taken into account and assessed individually, such as; septic tank, soakaway and log burners, to provide an accurate rebuild cost.

The end result was our client received a professional report which accurately captured the condition of the property on an elemental basis.

And a 5 star review to boot.

Required a schedule of conditions turning over quite quickly and they delivered. Would highly recommend.
